Hello little one. It's your dad here. I know you can't read yet, heck, you don't have your eyes open yet, but regardless I wanted to let you know what you have in store.
Well my parents, your soon to be grandparents, bought you a brand spankin' new Crib this past weekend. It's really cool. When you get a little older it turns into a bed too! I was thinking that you would like a cool race car bed when you got older, but your mom already said no. Oh well. Your grandparents also got you the padding and sheets and stuff for the crib. Your moms mom, "gamma" will be getting you the mattress so you'll have a soft place to lay down and rest your little self as you get bigger.
Oh the crib also has a cool changing table attached to it so that we don't have to move you very far. I've been working on your room for the past couple of days, but I had to work last night and I couldn't get much done. I'm hoping that by this weekend, I'll have your room all emptied out so that I can take down a wall to make you a bigger closet.
Once that's done, I'm going to paint the room as well. Your "uncle Bob" offered to help paint. He's a cool dude, you'll like him. Well that's all I have for you right now. We can't wait for you to get here. There are a ton of people that can't wait to meet you.

p.s. If you hear some weird sounds coming from the outside, like a cat being strung by it's tail, it's me trying to learn to play the guitar again. I'll be practicing soon, so let me know if you like it or not. Kick once if you do or twice if you don't. (don't tell your mom I said you can kick her, she'll get mad at me :-) )
